New twist on S’mores! Basically line your pan with foil. Bake a big sugar cookie (package, ready made or from scratch) in your pan. Cover with chocolate chips while it is still warm. Layer Big or Small marshmallows on top and stick under the Broiler to toast for a few minutes. (Pictures are before the Broiler.) It doesn’t take long to toast or ‘burn’ your marshmallows so watch closely. Cut into squares and these are the best S’mores I’ve had in some time. Easy peasy with very little mess or clean up. They taste great the next day too and the kids loved them! Yum, Yum!
